The most challenging aspect of this is always culture — not just in terms of having different backgrounds, but in a lot of cases, the day-to-day work, company vision, and company strategy. Often, that’s not visible to everyone, but it should be because it impacts decision making. For example, as a company, should we implement this feature or that feature? Should we fix this bug right now or should we live with it to prioritize other things?
