Our Partner Adobe Recognized Again as a DXP Leader

    May 8, 2025

Adobe has once again been recognized as a Leader in the digital experience platforms (DXP) market in a Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ report. We believe this recognition underscores Adobe’s commitment to customer satisfaction and its ability to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet the evolving needs of businesses across various industries.

Adobe’s Position in the Magic Quadrant

In the January 2025 Magic Quadrant for Digital Experience Platforms, Adobe is positioned as a Leader. This placement is based on Adobe’s Completeness of Vision and Ability to Execute. Adobe Experience Cloud, which includes Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Target, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (CDP), forms the backbone of Adobe’s DXP. These tools collectively enable businesses to create, manage, and optimize personalized digital experiences across multiple channels.

Evaluation Criteria and Definition of a DXP Leader

Gartner’s Magic Quadrant evaluates vendors based on two primary criteria: Ability to Execute and Completeness of Vision. These criteria help organizations understand how well technology providers are performing and their potential to meet future needs.

After being evaluated against these criteria, DXPs are placed into one of four quadrants: Leaders, Challengers, Visionaries, or Niche Players.

According to Gartner, “Leaders have ample ability to support a variety of DXP use cases and consistently meet customers’ needs over substantial periods. Leaders have delivered significant product innovation in pursuit of DXP requirements and have been successful in selling to new customers across a range of industries.”

A Leading Choice in Digital Experiences

In our opinion, Adobe’s inclusion as a Leader in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Digital Experience Platforms reaffirms its position as a leading choice for enterprises looking to enhance their digital experiences. Adobe continues to set the standard in the DXP market.
