Our U.S. colleagues previously participated in a voluntary survey conducted by Energage, an employee and research technology company. The results were then compared against the Top Workplace benchmarks. This honor showcases the remarkable influence our team has in creating a positive work environment.

    We take great pride in this recognition, which is based solely on our colleagues’ feedback. This award contributes to our growing list of accolades, including multiple regional Top Workplace honors. The 2025 USA Today Top Workplace award marks the third consecutive year Perficient has received a national top workplace distinction, further underscoring our commitment to building a people-first culture.

    Our Growth for Everyone initiative provides colleagues with a wide range of professional development programming, including our Consultant Curriculum, Leading with Impact, and Learning to Lead programs. Introduced in 2024, Perficient Elevate is the latest Growth for Everyone program, offering colleagues who previously completed one of our other leadership development programs exclusive access to other training opportunities. The program includes on-demand curriculum and live training sessions designed to help colleagues become more effective leaders.

    To further advance our colleagues’ professional capabilities, Perficient has also developed both formal and self-guided resources. These include Career Paths, a tool with materials outlining the steps for career progression, a Career Development Toolkit and Leadership Toolkit, and Perficient Academy, a one-stop shop for career growth with on-demand training materials.

This group aims to enhance educational opportunities and career development for the women of Perficient while also facilitating networking among women, peers, and allies.  
    • Perficient’s Giving ERG is made up of colleagues who are dedicated to growing and celebrating philanthropy. With the Giving ERG, we aim to inspire action and generosity to make a positive impact on the world and in the communities we serve. 
    • Cultural Connections ERG explores and advances the cultural differences that influence our global workforce to promote greater understanding. This community seeks to build a company-wide culture of inclusivity and allyship that celebrates multiculturalism. 
    • LiveWell ERG supports colleagues in achieving better overall well-being in three areas—health, relationships, and finance—by providing resources and programming that nurture the mind, body, and soul.   
    • PRISM ERG is dedicated to empowering the LGBTQ+ community and its allies through community building and education, advancing inclusive business practices, and fostering a supportive environment where everyone can thrive. 
    • Generative AI IG strengthens innovation, connection, and community with Perficient’s clients, colleagues, and partners about Generative AI tools and the impact these technologies are making on businesses today.

    • Mark Cuban Foundation AI Bootcamps: Through our award-winning partnership with the Mark Cuban Foundation, our colleagues host free AI Bootcamps for high school students across the United States. This initiative enables our team to educate students about AI, advancing STEM education and inspiring future AI leaders. 
    • Electrifying the Future of Automotive: In this program, our colleagues empower Formula SAE and Formula Student teams from notable universities to design, build, and race the next generation of formula-style racing cars in national and global competitions. With our 12 partnered teams, we are accelerating innovation in automotive engineering and providing students with valuable academic and skill-building opportunities to pave the way for a better future.   
    • Bright Paths Program: In partnership with Strayer University’s Hackbright Academy and Devmountain, we have equipped women and minority students from our communities with the skills they need to start careers in technology. With software engineering courses, mentorship opportunities, and application development experience, the program is designed to drive innovation and prepare students for the workforce.
