Perficient’s Detroit Office named a 2024 Top Workplace!

    November 18, 2024

We are proud to announce that for the sixth consecutive year, Perficient has been named a Top Workplace in Detroit. This recognition celebrates our team’s dedication, culture, and commitment to excellence. This recognition is granted by the Detroit Free Press in collaboration with Energage, and its importance is amplified by the fact that it is primarily based on feedback from our employees. Being honored as a Top Workplace highlights the incredible environment our Detroit team has created—a place where collaboration, innovation, and personal growth flourish every day.

    Fostering Connection

Building strong connections at Perficient Detroit goes beyond the workplace. Throughout the year, the team participates in a variety of activities that strengthen bonds and create lasting memories. From sunny days spent at the annual picnic to cheering on the Detroit Tigers at the ballpark, these events foster camaraderie and bring the team closer. These shared experiences reinforce a sense of unity and help recharge the team, fueling enthusiasm for their work.

    Giving Back to the Community

The Detroit team’s commitment to the community extends beyond the office through their volunteer efforts. This year, they partnered

Additionally, the team participated in the Kidney Walk, where they exceeded their fundraising goal of $3,000, demonstrating their dedication to supporting important causes and making a difference in the lives of others.

Perficient has collaborated with the Mark Cuban Foundation over the past few years to offer high school students the opportunity to participate in free Artificial Intelligence (AI) Bootcamps. Detroit is one of the locations where these immersive bootcamps are hosted, introducing students to the world of AI through educational seminars, interactive lessons, and hands-on lab exercises. Our Detroit colleagues play a critical role in these camps, volunteering their time and expertise to guide students through the curriculum. This collaboration not only provides valuable learning experiences for students but also opens their eyes to new career possibilities in technology.

    Leadership Perspective

Managing Director of Perficient’s Detroit office, Michelle Blakeley shared, “Being recognized as a top place to work for the sixth consecutive year is a testament to the incredible talent, passion, and dedication within our Detroit business unit. Our team’s commitment to excellence and innovation continues to drive us forward, making Perficient not just a workplace, but a community. This achievement reaffirms our focus on fostering an environment where every team member can thrive and make an impact.”
