Perficient Insights: Dreamforce 2024 with Jonathan Rademacher

    August 15, 2024

At Perficient, we take pride in the talent and leadership that make up our team. Today, we are excited to speak with Jonathan Rademacher—though you may know him better as JR—our Principal for the Salesforce practice. With an impressive career that spans over two decades, Jonathan’s journey is a testament to his dedication to innovation and customer success.

    A Journey of Growth

Jonathan’s career in the Salesforce ecosystem began in 2008, where he quickly established himself as an expert in transforming customer experiences through technology. In 2019, his journey at Perficient officially began after the acquisition of Sundog, where he had spent 15 years honing his craft and building strong client relationships.

While his tenure at Perficient spans five years, Jonathan humorously reflects that he’s actually been “on the Perficient books for 20 years” due to the Sundog acquisition. This dual history underscores his loyalty and passion for driving change in the Salesforce space, leading by example as a trusted partner to both his team and clients.

    Passion for Salesforce and Innovation

As Principal, Jonathan oversees the Salesforce practice, where his leadership has propelled the team to new heights. His vision? To leverage Salesforce technology to create dynamic, data-driven solutions that help clients thrive in competitive industries.

“I’ve always been drawn to the endless possibilities that Salesforce offers,” says Jonathan. “It’s not just about solving business problems; it’s about creating experiences that truly set our clients apart.”

    Looking Forward to Dreamforce 2024

As Dreamforce 2024 approaches, Jonathan and his team are gearing up to share their insights and innovations. From customer success stories to cutting-edge solutions, Jonathan’s excitement for the future of Salesforce shines through in every conversation.
