    Rilasciata Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS: novità, fix e supporto hardware migliorato

    Canonical ha annunciato il rilascio della 3° point release di Ubuntu 24.04 LTS “Noble Numbat” e di tutti i suoi “flavours” ufficiali. Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS porta con sé una serie di aggiornamenti fondamentali che ne migliorano la stabilità, la sicurezza e la compatibilità hardware.

    Le principali novità di Ubuntu 24.0.3 LTS sono:

    • Kernel Linux 6.14: supporto migliorato per hardware recente.
    • Mesa 25.0.7: aggiornamento dei driver grafici, incluso il nuovo pacchetto mesa-amber per schede video legacy.
    • Aggiornamento del parco software come LibreOffice 24.8.7 (via Backports), Snapd 2.68.5, Firefox 141.

    Se usate già Ubuntu 24.04 LTS e avete installato regolarmente gli aggiornamenti, non è necessario reinstallare. Basta aggiornare i pacchetti per ottenere tutte le novità. Per tutti gli altri che vogliono installare Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS vi basterà scaricare le immagini ISO a questo indirizzo.
